• Access Duration: Online workshops and classes are available for viewing for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Please note that course videos are for streaming only and are not available for download.

 

Digital Art Commercial Use License

Terms and Conditions - Grant of License

Purchase of a Commercial Use License grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital art for a maximum of 10 physical units. This purchase represents a limited license for use, not a transfer of ownership. All intellectual property rights remain with Kris’ Creative Expressions.

 

Permitted & Prohibited Use

• Physical End-Products Only: You may use the artwork on physical items such as apparel, stationery, or packaging.

• Digital Restrictions: You may not use the art for digital resale, digital templates, or "Print-on-Demand" services (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle) unless specifically authorized in writing.

• No Alterations: To maintain the integrity of the design, the artwork must remain in its original form. You may not modify, recolor, or create derivative works from the original file.

 

Delivery & Attribution

• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, downloadable digital art files do not expire. You are responsible for the safe storage of your downloaded files.

• Attribution Requirement: Commercial use requires clear credit to "Kris’ Creative Expressions" unless a separate "No-Attribution" license has been purchased.
