RETURN POLICY
You can return goods in their original, unused condition with original packaging (if applicable) within 30 days of The date of purchase. You are, however, responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You may not return seasonal cards and gifts less that 30 days prior to the event or after the event. Please make sure to order the amount you need.

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives with damaged items, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Submit a claim with the courier company and send photos of the damage to creativeexpressionsbykris@gmail.com and we will help rectify the situation.
Refunds
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover a service that has already been provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a confirmation of the refund, please double check your bank/credit card account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We ship across Canada using Canada Post or other reliable courier services depending on Canada Posts access to your address.

Order Tracking
We do not offer shipping tracking at this time. If you would prefer your order to be sent by a different method and/or with tracking, please email us once you have placed the order. We will contact you with a shipping invoice to cover the difference in cost between our standard shipping and your choice of shipping, should there be any.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
