    You can return goods in their original, unused condition with original packaging (if applicable) within 30 days of The date of purchase. You are, however, responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. You may not return seasonal cards and gifts less that 30 days prior to the event or after the event. Please make sure to order the amount you need.

    Damaged Goods

    If your order arrives with damaged items, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Submit a claim with the courier company and send photos of the damage to creativeexpressionsbykris@gmail.com and we will help rectify the situation.


    Refunds

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover a service that has already been provided.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.


    Late or Missing Refunds


    If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a confirmation of the refund, please double check your bank/credit card account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
